Insulation: Walls, floor and ceiling insulated for year-round use and sealed against draughts.
Lining & finish: Ply or moisture-resistant lining, painted to your scheme, finished like a room, not a box.
Electrics: Sockets, LED lighting and consumer unit, wired to Part P regulations.
Flooring: Engineered, vinyl or rubber flooring chosen to suit how the space is used.
Glazing: Double-glazed windows and secure personnel doors as standard.
The steel shell: Weather-tight, secure and structural, backed by our 5-year structural guarantee.
